Panoptic Films is a film and commercial production company dedicated to crafting cinematic, story-led work that delivers bold creative on lean budgets. Founded by BAFTA Connect and BFI Network director Louis Norton Selzer with veteran advertising producer Ollie Rushton and music video/commercial powerhouse Lauren Van Veen, Panoptic combines diverse experience with a personally curated network of top-tier talent and AI-enhanced in-house production system, to deliver award-winning films that have both commercial appeal and independent spirit.
The company draws on more than a combine three decades of broadcast, advertising and indie‑film experience, having worked with the BFI, BBC, Channel 4 and agencies such as McCann, Iris, Saatchi and Saatchi, AMV BBDO and Mullen Lowe. Their commercials have received award nominations and their shorts have earned critical acclaim on the festival circuit, receiving awards and official selections at BAFTA, OSCAR and BIFA qualifying festivals.
They are now expanding into features with Billy The G.O.A.T being their first full length film production.
